Filtration boxes

The LNS Turbo MH chip conveyors incorporate filter boxes inside their conveyor frame. The obtained filtration extends the coolant and tool life, and drastically reduces required tank or machine clean outs, especially where small chips are produced.

Self-cleaning function

To ensure the self cleaning function of the conveyor, the MH chip conveyors use brushes mounted to the inside of the conveyor belt that automatically clean the filter boxes during the normal rotation of the conveyor belt. The brushes are inside the conveyor belt, physically protected away from the chips falling on the belt. Those inexpensive brushes can be quickly changed with easy access through the chip conveyor discharge.

Live Link

The Live Link, a unique feature, is incorporated into the conveyor belt, to allow the finer chips to pass through the chip conveyor belt, where they can be released to the base of the conveyor and finally be removed by the scraper cleats.
