At LNS, giving back is more than a one-time effort—it’s part of who we are. The spirit of service runs deep through every department, facility, and team member.

Whether it’s offering time, resources, or support, our goal remains the same: to uplift those around us and create a lasting, positive impact. Every act of kindness, no matter the size it adds up to real change. We’re proud to stand alongside our communities and help those in need.

Since our last update, that commitment has continued to take shape in meaningful ways across our locations. In Meadville, Pennsylvania, employees laced up their running shoes to participate in the Judith Jig Run. This event helped raise support for impactful local organizations such as the Crawford Area Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) and the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. Each step taken contributed to stronger advocacy, deeper support systems, and renewed hope for those who need it most.

In Cincinnati, Ohio, our team returned to the IPM Food Pantry. Rolling up their sleeves to stock shelves and assist neighbors as they filled their carts with a smile. It’s a simple act with a powerful outcome, helping ensure that families in the community have access to essential resources.

These moments reflect something larger than individual events. They represent a shared commitment to showing up, giving back, and making a difference where it matters most.
