LNS’ digital transformation journey is a tale of innovation and resilience.
It might have begun with the implementation of our global ERP system in 2005, or perhaps it started even earlier, back in 1973, when LNS was founded with an innovative mindset that embraced new technologies without fear. Over the years, we built a robust system structure and cultivated a digital culture that values curiosity, continuous learning, and collaboration. Fast forward to early July 2021, when the product manager of a major Swiss customer became the first to log into MyLNS, our portal designed to ensure customers always find the information they need just a click away. Since then, over 3000 customers have been logging in regularly, reaping the benefits of our digital efforts.

Now, in November 2024, we are thrilled to celebrate another milestone in our digital journey. Over the past months, we’ve been hard at work, revamping and modernizing our entire digital platform. We’ve listened to our customers’ feedback and embraced the latest technologies to bring you an even better experience. Today, we are excited to unveil a new website that introduces LNS and its values, a redesigned MyLNS portal with features that improve integration with your systems, an improved web shop that makes it easier to find the right spare parts and integrate them into your processes, and our friendly chatbot Helen S, ready to assist you with all your LNS product needs.
