The Turbo Magnetic chip conveyor features a heavy gauge stainless steel slider face for a long life in extreme wear conditions. In addition, all moving parts are contained inside the chip conveyor’s sealed frame below this slider face.
Therefore, they are never exposed to machining contaminates. The chip conveyor belt is automatically tensioned so no adjustment is ever needed. The belt track is a non lubricating design.
