High Durability Belt
Apron conveyor belt offers superior load capacity and impact resistance. The belt is designed to endure heavy scrap falling directly onto the conveyor. The belt uses an LNS-original joint structure that efficiently removes chips and scrap without clogging. In addition, the proprietary plate system allows plates to replaced easily without removing the belt from the conveyor.
Automatic Oiler
The unit contains an automatic oiler that provides continuous lubrication eliminating the need for manual oiling. This saves time and creates less wear and machine downtime leading to increased machine performance.
Debris Pan
The Turbo Apron Conveyor features an easily removable panel with access to a debris pan. The open area in the incline allows trapped debris to fall out into the pan reducing conveyor down time.
